After much consideration, I've decided that I need to write something with dialogue in it. Why? Well... I'm not very good at dialogue, really. I need to practice developing the different character voices -- there are at least four characters that are ready for me to play around with already, but I'm at something of a loss as to what to do with them.  

No, that's not entirely correct. I suppose you could say that I'm lacking inspiration, which is not helpful when one considers the fact that at present there's the barest of skeleton plots in play here. And I really don't want to end up boring anyone by writing something stupid and mundane.

::INSERT DRAMATIC SIGH HERE!::

Well...I suppose I'll just have to continue to muddle through things until I make a break-through. I despise writer's block! 

Alright, I've finally managed to figure out what my plans are for the 7_deadly_sins_  challenge is -- great, wonderful...not exactly what my initial plan was but okay! I'm not at a point in my life where I'll question inspiration. Writer's block is a common enough companion for me to know better. 

Incidently, does anyone out there know of where I could find a good and fairly tolerant beta. Preferably someone with okay grammar -- mine is rubbish, in case you haven't already noticed. Tolerant in that I'm still feeling my way around with a lot of things, when I get a better handle on the character's and the universe (beyond these wierdly abstract character sketches and the like) then I feel that it'll get better. But, at the moment --well...

Still, some positive news, yes?

I've recently discovered memes -- yes, as sad as it may seem, I do find them to be rather fascinating things-- and have posted several on my journal. However, you won't be able to see them just yet (if I've done this correctly, that is!) as I intend to keep them on hold until I've posted more fiction. There is, after all, no point is doing them if one doesn't have a feel for the characters and/or the universe just yet. 

At them moment I'm putting a limit of ten pieces to be posted before I unlock the memes. By that stage there should be at least some diversity of characters and so on established -- does that make any sense, at all?

So, ten, and then I'll unleash the memes on you.
